Signed-in users should create a helpdesk request so the school can route, track, and protect the conversation. If you cannot sign in, use the configured support contact below or contact your school's IT office.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, or unnecessary student records through public contact channels.
Service status
A school-specific public status page is shown below only when the deployment owner has configured one. Otherwise, contact the school helpdesk for current availability. The application's public health endpoint is intended for automated liveness monitoring and does not expose internal dependency or incident details.
Support expectations
Support hours, severity definitions, response targets, maintenance notice, escalation paths, and service credits are defined only by the executed service agreement and SLA. This page does not create or modify those commitments.
Security and privacy
Potential vulnerabilities should follow the Security page. Privacy or education-record requests should go to the school first and follow the Privacy Notice.
